無國界醫生是一個獨立的國際醫療人道救援組織,致力為受武裝衝突、流行病與傳染病和天災影響,以及遭排拒於醫療體系以外的人群提供緊急醫療援助。無國界醫生只會基於人們的需要提供援助,不受種族、宗教、性別或政治因素左右。無國界醫生台北辦公室目前正在招募1位對無國界醫生的宗旨及國際人道事務有興趣的行銷專員(募款業務)加入我們的團隊。
行銷專員(募款業務)負責執行與管理街頭推廣及募款計畫,以及其他募款相關活動,目標為招募新的定期與單筆捐款人,支持組織永續發展。
【主要工作內容】 ①專案規劃與發展:負責執行並管理外包街頭募款團隊績效,確保達成年度募款目標。 ②外部廠商管理:與內部團隊及外部合作夥伴保持良好溝通與協作,確保募款專案高品質及即時推進。 ③捐款者體驗與品牌形象:統籌募款活動執行,維持一致的品牌形象與優質的捐款者體驗。 ④績效監測與報告:定期追蹤與分析專案成果,提供數據報告以確保達成既定目標。 ⑤其他任務:協助行銷經理指派之相關工作事項。
Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international, independent, medical humanitarian organization that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, natural disasters and exclusion from healthcare. We offer assistance to people based on need and irrespective of race, religion, gender or political affiliation. We have the following vacancy and are looking for a talented individual with a strong desire to contribute to humanitarian work and commit to the aims and values of MSF to join our team in Taipei.
To implement and manage Face-to-Face awareness and fundraising programs and activities to acquire new regular donors.
【Major Responsibilities】 ①Planning & Project Development: Responsible for implementing and managing the performance of outsourced Face-to-Face teams, to achieve the fundraising targets devised in the Annual Plan. ②Service Provider Management: Ensure effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to support the high-quality and timely implementation of fundraising programs. ③Donor Experience and Brand Representation: consolidated operational management. ④Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Produce on-going performance analysis to ensure the campaign objectives are met. ⑤Tasks assigned by the Marketing Manager (Acquisition).
【資格】 ①大學畢業,主修商業管理或是相關科系。 ②具 2 年以上行銷或是銷售相關工作經驗,具非營利組織募款經驗者或熟悉街頭勸募工作為佳。 ③成果導向並致力於達成目標。 ④細心、注重細節。 ⑤優秀的專案管理能力,能在預算及預定時間內完成工作。 ⑥能同時進行多項任務,有效處理重複性工作。 ⑦具工作人員及專案管理經驗。 ⑧具有優秀的分析、解決問題及創造性思維能力。 ⑨良好的人際溝通、協調談判及簡報表達能力。 ⑩能夠獨立作業,但亦能於需要時與其他團員合作。 ⑪對國際事務及無國界醫生人道救援活動具備高度興趣及使命感。 ⑫中英文口語及書寫能力。
【Requirements】 ①Bachelor’s degree preferably in business administration or related discipline. ②2 years of relevant work experience in marketing or sales, fundraising experience in NGO sector or Face-to-Face fundraising is an asset. ③Results-oriented and committed to deliver objectives. ④Attentive to details. ⑤Strong project management skills. Able to steer project within budget and timeline with minimum supervision. ⑥Multi-tasking: ability to handle several tasks simultaneously, and find efficient ways to carry out repetitive tasks. ⑦Experience in people and performance management. ⑧Strong analytical, problem solving and creative thinking skills. ⑨Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills. ⑩Ability to work independently and as a member of a team. ⑪Strong commitment to MSF’s humanitarian aid work. ⑫Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin and English.
