System Specialist
To fulfill MSF Taiwan Fundraising strategy and supporting the overall Fundraising system implementation, integration, and optimization, and be the main driver of CRM transformation project and marketing automation tool setup, supporting Fundraising team to reach income target.
Major Responsibilities
1) Develop and steer fundraising system strategies and action plan that support future technological development.
2) Secure a smooth and stable operation of all Fundraising System (Website, CRM, Automation tool, and third-party integration);
3) Be the key drive of CRM transformation and secure the next steps in use and implementation of Marketing Automation to create best possible donor experience and growth of the value.
4) Act as key element and ambassador of capacity building and knowledge sharing between MSF Taiwan and the movement.

系統專員
執行台灣無國界醫生基金會之募款策略，支援募款部門整體系統建置、整合以及優化，CRM 系統轉型及建立自動化行銷工具的主導人員，協助籌募部門達成收入目標。
主要工作內容：
1) 制定及主導募款系統的相關策略及行動計劃以支援未來的技術發展。
2) 確保所有募款系統的穩定性，包括但不限於：網站、CRM、自動化工具及第三方整合。
3) 主導CRM系統轉型及建立自動化行銷工具，創立對捐助者來說最好的體驗及價值成長。
4) 擔任MSF Taiwan與其他辦公室間技能建立和知識共享的主要負責人員及聯繫窗口。
Requirements
．Bachelor’s degree, preferably major in IT System and Management related area.
．3 years working experience in relevant work experience within Systems Architecture and Systems Development.
．Strong project management skills are highly recommended, preferably project management experience in IT industry. Able to steer project within budget and timeline.
．Project Management of large and complex system development projects.
．Extensive experience with CRM systems, Marketing Automation and Website development.
．Data security and data quality management.
．Software development & programming.
．Knowledge and experience in E-commerce.
．Results-oriented and committed to deliver objectives.
．Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills
．Experience in multiple agency management and working with external suppliers to deliver projects.
．Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
．High level of flexibility and stress tolerance.
．Patient with small details and willing to learn.
．Strong commitment to MSF’s humanitarian aid work.
．Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin and English.
．Knowledge in digital marketing is a plus.
資格：
．學士學位，主修 IT 系統管理等相關科系者為佳。
．三年以上系統架構及開發整合相關工作經驗。
．具優秀專案管理能力者為佳，具IT產業專案管理經驗者優先考慮。積極主導專案，能在預算及既定時程內完成專案。
．大型繁複系統開發的專案管理能力/經驗。
．在 CRM 系統管理、自動化行銷運用及網站開發具有豐富資歷。
．資訊安全及數據質量管理。
．軟體開發及程式設計。
．電子商務相關技能及資歷。
．成果導向並致力於達成目標。
．優秀的人際溝通、協調及表達能力。
．具管理多名代理廠商及與外部供應商協調合作經驗者為佳。
．能夠獨立作業，但亦能於需要時與其他團員合作。
．具靈活度，能承受壓力。
．耐心、注重細節，樂於學習新知識技能。
．對國際事務及無國界醫生人道救援活動具備高度興趣及使命感。
．具備流利的英/中文的口說/書寫能力。
．具數位行銷知識者優先考慮。
