Overview:
This role focuses on HR operations and execution, while also offering opportunities to support broader HR generalist work and gain exposure to HR business partnering. The position plays an important role in ensuring smooth HR processes, accurate data management, and effective day-to-day people support, while also contributing to a well-functioning and positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations (Primary Focus)
①Manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management
②Maintain HR systems, data accuracy, and documentation
③Be responsible for payroll coordination and HR reporting
④Coordinate recruitment processes, including interview scheduling and candidate communication
⑤Ensure HR processes are executed efficiently and in compliance with internal policies
HR Generalist Support
①Support employee lifecycle processes and day-to-day HR matters
②Assist in HR projects and initiatives as required
HR Business Partnering Exposure
①Provide basic HR advisory support to line managers on routine people matters
②Support managers in employee lifecycle discussions (e.g., probation, performance feedback)
Office Administration & Facility Management
①Support the management of office facilities and daily operations, helping to maintain a safe, comfortable, and collaborative workplace
②Coordinate and manage vendors and office supplies and service
③Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
